Important – Please Read Before Ordering

This product is only for customers who are sending in templates or existing cushion covers.
If you simply require standard shapes, please order directly through our foam cut to size service instead.

When to Use This Service

Select this option if:

• You are sending us existing cushion covers for us to copy.

• You have created a hand-drawn template or cut-out that replicates the exact shape you want.

This ensures we can cut foam precisely to your unique design or irregular shape.

How It Works

1. Place your order online for the number of templates/cushions you require.

2. Measure your item at the longest point on length × width × depth so we can cost and confirm your order correctly.

3. Post your templates or covers to:

👉 Please include a note inside your package with your full name, contact details, and order number so we can match your template to your order.

4. Once received, our team will replicate your shape in the foam type of your choice.

FAQs for Template Orders

Do I need to send a template for every cushion?
If multiple cushions are identical in shape, you only need to send one template or cover.

How accurate should my template be?
Templates must be carefully cut to the exact size required. Any uneven edges or rough cuts may affect the fit of your foam.

What happens if my template is unclear?
We will contact you to confirm measurements or request clarification before cutting.

Can I still add extras like dacron or stockinette?
Yes – simply select these options when placing your order.
